This approach has also been very successfully extended into individual and family counselling. With greater awareness of your reactions, you can make different choices for yourself and your relationships.
Since my certification in this therapy approach, I have also completed advanced EFT training for working with individuals (EFIT), relationship betrayal and recovery from trauma.
