Welcome to Sage Counselling Services. I offer experienced, emotionally - focused therapy to couples and individuals. My work also integrates a deep grounding in mindfulness practices and healing from trauma. My goal is to support my clients work through their painful experiences, both past and present, to gain greater personal strength, connection and healing.
I understand that it can be difficult to begin therapy and I make every effort to provide a safe, caring and respectful environment. I am trained and experienced in working with individuals as they cope with anxiety, depression, traumatic events and difficult life changes. I also have specialized experience in supporting couples as they face betrayal, conflict and disconnection.
